How it Happened:
- The teams split the two doubles contests that were played. Freddie Roberts and Nathaniel Horner put the Eagles on the board with an 8-2 win at No. 2 doubles over Jack Fishwick and Jack Doriss. Roanoke picked up its first point when Jose Alvarado and Grayson White held off Joe Dillenbeck and Josh Rodgers, 8-6, to win at No. 1 doubles.
- Horner picked up the first singles point for the Eagles with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Alson Martin at the No. 5 slot. Rodgers clinched the team victory with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Fishwick at the No. 2 slot.
- Dillenbeck bounced back to defeat Alvarado at No. 1 singles, winning 6-3, 7-6. Roberts scored the final point for the Eagles with a 6-3, 6-2 victory at No. 4 singles over Doriss.
